The Process

1. DEMOLITION
   
   Eliminate your Existing Problems by Completely Removing the Area. Approximately, TEN INCHES on Driving Areas and SIX INCHES on Non-Driving Areas.
   
   
   





2. INSTALL BASE MATERIAL
   Class Two Base is then placed into the Paver area, approximately SIX INCHES for Driving Areas and TWO INCHES for Non-Driving Areas. The Class Two Base is then Compacted with a Plate Machine; you now have a Rock Surface, Ideal for “LONG TERM” Conditions. (One of the Most Important parts of the Paving Stone Process).
   
   
   
   
   
3. INSTALL LOCKING SAND
   
   Locking Sand is now placed on top of the Class Two Base. The Sand helps with the Interlocking Process when the Plate Machine locks the Paving Stones into place.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. PAVINGSTONE SETUP
   
   Paving Stones are now “Placed By Hand” on top of the Locking Sand. Paving Stones are cut with a Saw Blade for a “Custom Fit”.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
5. PAVERS ARE LOCKED IN PLACE
   
   The Entire Area is now locked into place with the Plate Machine. Locking Sand is placed on top of the Paving Stones and The Locking Machine passes over the Paving Stone area until there is a “Perfect Fit”. Concrete is now placed along the Paving Stones, in the vulnerable BORDER areas. You will not see the concrete because a Border Stone will be set into the concrete.
   
   
   
   
   
6. PAVINGSTONE FINISHING
   
   The Paved Area is cleaned off, and can be used INSTANTLY, there is no curing time.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
7. YOUR HOME IS TRANSFORMED
